As for Naryn oblast, the planned works on the preparation of the state irrigation scheme for vegetation are being carried out at an accelerated pace and are approaching to completion, 57.6 km of canals have been repaired, 11 km of canals have been cleaned mechanically, 100 hydroposts, 152 hydraulic structures, 65 pumping station units. To prepare the irrigation scheme 630 employees are involved using excavators, loaders, bulldozers, truck cranes and cars.

Upon request of water users, moisture accumulation irrigations are supplied in Ak-Talaa, Jumgal, Kochkor and Naryn rayons.
